What does that really mean when each individual brings his or her own cultural frame-work? We've come a long way in understanding differences and in developing highly evolved systems and practices to meet the needs of our clientele which is increasingly becoming racially and ethnically diverse. This talk takes you on a journey of self assessment and personal development that is relevant to your professional growth. This workshop is for professionals who engage diverse organizational stakeholders as it explores the role of culture and changing dynamics within an organization.\n       Noël Bonam is the director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs for the State of Maine and he currently serves as the Chairman for the Board of Trustees for the Institute for Civic Leadership. He is a graduate of the Senior Executive in State and Local Government from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. He also has a Master's Public Personnel Management from Osmania University\, India.  He has several years of experience in Cross-Cultural Organizational Development and in Leadership Development. He is also a professional visual and performing artist. He was born in Hyderabad\, India and he currently lives in Portland\, Maine.\n The A.C.E. Regular meeting has networking\, a buffet breakfast and a speaker.  Guests are always welcome.  \n\nRegistrations are required by February 16\, 2010.
