Experience
Rhoda Mitchell, the founder and president of New Leaves, Inc., has over twenty-five years experience in professional development coaching, career counseling, human relations training, process facilitation and management consulting. She has a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Counselor Education from the University of Southern Maine and a strong background in human relations, communication skills, personal management skills and conflict management. Because of the diversity of her background and experience, she is able to bring insight and practical solutions to a wide variety of management, professional development and work problems.

Rhoda has worked with executives, managers, business owners and career changers from many industries. She is also a popular trainer and speaker, providing motivational talks and practical seminars on topics related to life and work achievement, and she is trained as a Dale Carnegie instructor.
