Consulting 101 (Morning Session – 8:30am to 11:45am – followed by
networking luncheon)

This session features a panel discussion for those considering a consulting career as well as new consultants.

The panel includes three current consultants and a business lawyer with experience ranging from one year to 20+ years that will present their perspectives in several key areas:

• Transitioning into a consulting career
• Launching a consulting business.
• Best practices to employ.
• Successes, mistakes and challenges.
• Legal considerations for starting your practice.
• Q&A Session.

Consulting 201 (Afternoon Session – 12:45pm to 5:00pm – preceeded by networking luncheon at 11:45am)

This session is targeted towards consultants with one or more years of experience looking for ways to elevate their business. It will also be helpful for new consultants that want to contemplate long-range planning. The session includes a series of individual presentations covering specific topics in detail:

• How To Develop Pricing, Positioning and Breadth of Services.
• How To Generate More Business.
• How To Manage The Business More Effectively.
• How To Manage Client Relationships.

Attendees can choose to attend Consulting 101 only or both Consulting 101 and 201. A.C.E.

Member pricing is $80 per session or $125 for both sessions.
Non-member pricing is $99 per session or $149 for both sessions.
