Book Review - What's the Secret? (To Providing World Class Customer Service)

This is the first book that I have read that actually quantifies and analyzes the value of customer service and its effect on a company's “bottom line.”  I would wager to say this is one of the best books…if not the best book, that I've ever read on the topic of customer service. Book Review - The Secret Language of Business

What I really enjoyed about this book is the author explains how to master your own body language to  control / regulate the information you reveal to others.  He believes that, in order to be truly successful, you need more than just verbal communication skills.  You also need the ability to interpret nonverbal signals and cues.
