Innovation Opportunities for
Your Consulting Practice

Are you hearing a lot of talk about innovation and desire a better understanding of the innovation process?

Would you like to explore ways your consulting practice could support current or desired client innovation efforts?

Featured during this meeting will be Brian Walker of Trailguide Consulting, Inc., an innovation process management consulting firm. Brian will talk about the overall innovation process and possible ways your consulting practice can become supporters (and beneficiaries!) of your clients’ and potential clients’ innovation efforts.

Attending this meeting you will gain a ‘big-picture’ understanding of the innovation process components, plus be able to identify opportunities to play a role in your own clients’ innovation efforts.

A graphic of the innovation process, plus Keys to Facilitation will be provided to support the implementation of individual action plans.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Brian Walker is the President of Trailguide Consulting, Inc., which helps organizations achieve better business results by facilitating group ideation, alignment and agreed upon actionability, primarily focused on innovation efforts.  Clients include PepsiCo, PBS, Hewlett-Packard, Bacardi, Hyatt Hotels, and Campbell’s.

He brings over thirty years of consumer marketing, corporate communications, public relations, licensing, project management, and consulting experience to his clients.

Roundtable Details

PowerPoint: Is It Time to Back Off?

It's been called a "cultural disease" and a "technological crutch." ACE member Dave Griffiths has some ideas to share about cutting way back on PowerPoint and projecting good old-fashioned personality and expertise. He's also interested in your ideas.

About the Facilitator:

Dave, Dave Griffiths Communications, is a former journalist, teaches business writing, presentation/briefing skills, and media relations around the U.S. and overseas.
