Matthew Opuda is the founder of Northstar Evolution, an agile strategy and innovation consulting firm, and the cofounder of The Midnight Corp., a custom software development agency. His passion is finding new ways of working, thinking, and planning to make Maine companies and nonprofits gain clarity, insight, and focused execution towards what matters most to them. He believes that plans should be adaptable, and organizations should be agile, in order to be the most effective. Matthew loves learning new things, always looking forward to the next training, certification, book, or documentary.
