Innovation for Improving the Way We Work with Renee Kelly from the University of Maine

Innovation Engineering is a disciplined, systems-thinking approach to the innovation process. While often associated with developing new products or services, it is just as useful for improving systems and processes in an organization. Renee Kelly, Assistant Vice President for Innovation and Economic Development at the University of Maine, will share ways to use Innovation Engineering to create ideas to implement organization-wide strategies or even to improve personal work systems.

Audience Takeaways:

Strategies for framing the opportunity or problem to be addressed

How to problem solve and create ideas

How to use an innovation mindset to validate solutions
