Rachel Knight is the Founder and CEO of Destination Occupation (DO). Recognizing Maine was facing a workforce shortage, Rachel created DO to help companies brand themselves to attract the right talent and educate people about careers. Rachel brought on Dick Dyer as a business partner to add recruitment marketing strategies to DO’s services. DO has gleaned key insights to the problem facing Maine employers. Their main goal is to help their clients look at workforce development and recruitment in new and strategic ways and help them develop tools to achieve their workforce and ultimately business goals.
