Ali Lane is a Business Advisor with the Maine Small Business Development Center and the Associate Center Director of the SBDC team at CEI. She offers no-cost general business advising to aspiring and current Maine entrepreneurs. Prior to joining the SBDC, Ali founded, operated, and sold a cafe & bakery in her hometown in Eastern Maine. She holds an MBA from the University of Maine Orono and a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship.
Bob LaBrie has been in the training development field for the last 36 years. He has presented over 850 seminars and worked with individuals representing 400+ companies in 150 career fields since the company’s inception in April of 2000. Bob has an extensive background spanning 33 years in sales training, communication, self-motivation, and customer relationship building. He has also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for 30 years and is certified as a NLP Practitioner through the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology.
Sam has been associated with Pace Consulting Group since 1978 assuming ownership and the position of Managing Principal in 1999. With over 45 years’ experience as a management consultant, he has assisted more than 165 small and medium sized organizations in the areas of start-up, expansion and turnaround with financing, strategic and business planning, business valuation, exit strategy, acquisition/ divesture/sale of assets, diagnostic evaluation, motivational assessment and on-going implementation.
