He currently leads The Connective, a growing network of businesses that collaborate by sharing referrals and commissions. Since its launch, The Connective has expanded to more than 10 states and grown to over 300 members. To support the rapid growth of The Connective, Joe helped develop Nolodex, a platform designed to track and manage referrals. He now heads sales and marketing for Nolodex, with a focus on expanding into networking groups, Chambers of Commerce, and co-working spaces.
